I was also disappointed in Madeline's choice, and have often wondered how she is. This story comes from almost a decade ago, I hope she's doing better than she was then.

Unfortunately, a few years later, I was on the other end of this story. I found out my boyfriend had been dating another woman for 6 weeks without my knowledge. Her and I found out because we had a mutual friend, go figure.

Crazy how life works sometimes, but it's never boring. I often find that life offers us small adventures which lead to good experiences and stories.
