I absolutely love this. Speaking from experience, I was told to always hug my grandpa when growing up. Every time, he'd pull me onto his lap, and grope me when the other adults weren't looking. It happened at the kitchen table, in plain sight but no one ever saw. I didn't think I had a choice, or that I could opt out, if I could or did, then it wouldn't have gone on as long as it did.
The adults just thought he was harmless, but later learned he was a predator and I've had to do a lot of healing since then. Lesson learned, don't force children to hug people, even family members, If they don't want to.
