so true!!!!! I pretty much stopped dating around 2 or 3 years ago. I still get people asking me when I'll meet someone, though thankfully, most everyone close to me has given up trying to pressure me into dating.

I don't even anymore try because all the prospects are horrible and a waste of time. I'd much rather be alone and enjoy my writing, snuggle my dog, and furthering my goals for myself, than deal with the drain of a half grown man-child who doesn't even know how to load a dishwasher correctly.
