Yes! My theory might work then, ha! Maybe If Americans smoked as much as they drank the world would look very different right now.

I didn't realize weed has been legal in Canada for so long, I wish America would follow suit. I'm sure it'll be an on going process to get figured out, but we have to start somewhere.
